I must admit, even though lockdown came unexpectedly, God has caused this space to work for my good. I don’t think it would have been wise to go through this year in the state that I was before quarantine. This period has served as a re-set for me.
I got admitted to the Advocates Training Program this year. In Kenya, this is what one goes through after their Bachelor of Laws in order to be admitted to the bar. To be frank with you, I don’t think I was prepared for the intensity that came with it. I had two lectures each day for five days of the week. Each lecture was an intense two hours.
